WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN THE ROMAN LININGS OFFERED?
We offer a variety of linings for our Roman blinds, so it's worth taking some time to consider which option will best suit you. The standard Luxury lining is a plain cotton sateen, designed to suit most living spaces. Blackout linings will darken your blind, only allowing light through the stitch lines - ideal for bedrooms and nurseries and dim-out linings will provide you with almost 90% of darkness.
MY ROLLER BLIND CORD KEEPS BREAKING?
Some of our roller blinds are fitted with 'breakaway chain connectors', which can give the appearance of being broken when they come apart. This is not usually the case - just clip the chain back into the connector to restore. These blinds are built this way to break under pressure, avoiding the risk of strangulation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BLIND FABRIC IS OUT OF STOCK?
In the unlikely event that your choice of blind fabric is out of stock, you will be advised of a new delivery date or an alternative fabric choice. It may be worth considering a back-up option in advance in case your chosen blind isn't available for an extended period of time – order free samples to help with the decision making process.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY BLINDS?
Blinds can generally be wiped with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use any type of detergent to clean your blind as this may damage or stain the blind. Do not oil or lubricate any part of the blind.

Pvc fabrics are great for areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, where blinds are most likely to get splashed.
WHICH BLIND WOULD BE MOST SUITABLE FOR A BATHROOM?
Faux Wood, Roller, and Vertical blinds in moisture resistant fabrics, are all particularly suitable for bathrooms. To explore our various options.
HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product swatch imagery shown is as accurate as possible, some images may not be a true to life depiction of the actual material or certain images may not be available. Any difference in colour is mainly due to the different settings of one device screen to another.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Blinckr we sell custom made window blinds manufactured with extreme care to the specifications provided by you, our customer. For this reason most orders are not returnable. To assist you, we provide simple to follow measuring instructions on our website. We know that your window covering project is a significant investment, therefore you might consider that your first order be for only one blind or shade so you can judge for yourself the quality and workmanship of our products. We do allow you to return the first blind you order for any reason if you are not completely satisfied, provided that you ordered free samples first. All shipping fees associated with returning any order are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE MOUNT?
The difference between inside and outside mount is the way in which the blind or shade is hung. Inside mount is attaching the blind within the window sill so that the blinds or shades are flush with the wall. Outside mount is when a blind or shade hangs outside the window sill and extends beyond the wall or door.
IS THERE A MINIMUM WINDOW SILL DEPTH FOR AN INSIDE MOUNT?
Yes there is. Under the specifications for each product we list the minimum depth for an inside mount blind. I would like to order two blinds on one headrail with the lift and tilt controls in a particular location. What do I do? Please include details on the desired lift and tilt control location in the Notes section on the “Review Your Order” page for each product. For instance, for tilt controls on the outside of the two blinds on one headrail, please write: left blind tilt position is left, right blind tilt position is right.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELETE OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED IT?
Each order is sent to production within one business day after ordering. Please ensure that the sizes and colours are correct before ordering. Orders that are cancelled or changed may incur a fee. Do feel free to contact us as we will make every effort to make any changes we can without any additional charges.
